Communication & Redundancy
Our four monitoring centers are located across the country. Communications to and with our centers is accomplished using a variety of modern methods. In addition to standard phone lines, we also use cellular, Internet, and long-range radio. In the event of a phone line cut and with wireless equipment installed, signals are received via a wireless network – services range from residential to supervised UL, FM approved burglary and fire.
Residential Security
Residential Security customers receive alarm verification with proper identification, dispatch of police or fire as needed, contact list notification and follow-up with authorities. They also receive “non-supervised digital” status, incorporating signaling for burglary, fire, panic, hold-up, low battery and electrical power failure.
Commercial Security
Commercial Security customers receive supervised open/close signals and communicator tests, as well as Internet accessible reports. We focus on life safety and we adhere to NFPA’s code requirements and associated notifications.
Superior Service
Standard monitoring includes verification of the alarm with proper identification, police, or fire dispatch as needed, notification to the contact list, and follow-up with the authorities. We also offer interactive services, including two-way voice and remote video.

High-level Response & Training
To maintain a high-level of monitoring performance response time and answer speeds are tracked in “real time.” All calls are digitally recorded to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Our monitoring representatives are put through three levels of training with testing and certification at each level as well as extensive training and background check.
